Demonfall Map The Characters
The Characters
As soon as the door to the cell opened, the light hit them in full force. Jax and Lexi were both immediately blinded, tears streaming down their faces. The other four prisoners within the cell quickly reached for their weapons and prepared to fight back. But before they could take a step, they were all shocked when a figure appeared in the doorway and walked into the room.
Jax and Lexi recognized him instantly; it was Bartholomew Griffin, their captor from Demonfall. He had been captured by the Resistance while trying to escape after killing his commanding officer. Now he was here, in their cells, looking much worse for wear. “I’m sorry,” he said simply as he approached them. “I tried to get away but…they caught me.”
Bartholomew’s apology didn’t seem to placate the others in the cell though. They growled and started moving towards him menacingly, ready to kill him on sight. But Jax stepped forward first, holding out his hand towards Bartholomew pleadingly. “Please,” he said softly. “We don’t want any trouble.”
It was enough to calm Bartholomew down a bit; he shook Jax’s hand gratefully before turning his attention back to Lexi and her friends. He reached out his hand toward them too, offering forgiveness of his own for everything that had happened between them over the past few months.

The Ending
Welcome to the final installment of my in-depth exploration of the new map for Demonfall, slated to release on Xbox One and PC this winter. In this article, I’ll be discussing the major changes made by developer Iron Galaxy Studios since the game’s initial debut at E3 earlier this year. As you may have guessed from my previous posts, much has changed since then as development moved into full swing. The result is a dramatically different experience that I think will impress even long-time fans of the series.
Let’s start with what’s new and exciting first. The central hub area, called Sanctuary, has been completely overhauled and now features an expansive cityscape complete with towering spires and soaring bridges. There’s also a brand-new battlefield available called the Abyss which can be used during cooperative or competitive multiplayer matches. It’s a sizeable location packed with unique environmental hazards and deadly traps that must be traversed using clever strategy and teamwork. This is definitely one of the most visually arresting locations in all of Demonfall, if not gaming as a whole.

Another big addition is a revamped mission system that allows players to explore large areas of the world in search of specific objectives or side-quests. There are now dozens of these optional activities spread throughout Sanctuary and each one offers unique rewards that can be used to augment
